The total investment of the Zhenhua Petrochemical project is 12.36 billion yuan, mainly for the construction of a 750,000-ton/year propylene dehydrogenation unit, a 30/670,000-ton/year propylene oxide/styrene combined unit, a 200,000-ton/year maleic anhydride unit, and a 250,000-ton/year gas separation unit. This project has advanced technology and overall advantages such as small environmental impact, low energy consumption, high safety and reliability, and leading product quality. The propylene dehydrogenation unit adopts the UOP Oleflex process technology from the United States, which is one of the world's advanced technologies with a market share of over 70%.

Project Introduction
First, it is a key fundamental project for achieving "oil conversion". The project fully integrates the resources of other enterprises in Dongying Port Economic Development Zone, and converts low-value-added light hydrocarbon raw materials such as propane and butane into high-value-added products such as polymerization-grade propylene and propylene oxide, achieving a comprehensive transformation from refining to chemicals.
